Carl Berry

Carl Berry, of counsel to Diamond Law, provides full-service tax advice.  In his more than 17 years of practice Carl has provided tax counsel and structuring advise with respect to seemingly countless matters, including mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, executive compensation, employee benefits, investment transactions, cross-border issues, joint ventures, business and fund formations and troubled debt transactions.

Carl attended Cornell Law School and previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
