Daniel Diamond, principal of Diamond Law, has been acting as outside general counsel to privately held companies since 2005. Daniel advises companies from inception through exit across the life sciences, technology, consumer products, and professional services industries in connection with a broad range of matters, including corporate structure and governance, limited liability company operating agreements, financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and employment matters. Daniel also has a fund formation practice and represents funds and other investors in connection with their investment transactions.
Prior to opening Diamond Law, Daniel worked in the San Diego and New York offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC for 7 years.
Daniel received his B.A. from the UCLA and his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
