Tom Shnaider, of counsel to Diamond Law, has been practicing law since 1997. Tom's practice focuses on commercial, technology and intellectual property transactions, as well as data protection and privacy, working throughout the United States and internationally.
Tom advises companies of all sizes, including start-ups, top non-profit organizations and Fortune 100 companies, and across numerous industries (including hi-tech, life sciences, pharma, real estate, and entertainment). Tom routinely advises clients with respect to licensing, master services, SaaS, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing, clinical trial, marketing and endorsement and talent services agreements, among others.
Tom also has expertise in real estate matters, including development, financing and leasing.
After graduating from U.C. San Diego, Tom received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. Tom began his career working in the US Federal Courts and worked for several years at Gray Cary (now part of DLA Piper). Tom’s clients have included National Geographic, Obama Foundation, NBC Universal, AristaMD, Metagenics, DivX, Dr. Seuss, Panasonic and BD. Tom is licensed to practice law in California.
